Sourav is the founder and CEO of Netscribes and has been spearheading its strategy, business development and innovation activities since inception. Through his leadership, Netscribes has grown from a five-person startup to a global data and insights corporation with over 1200+ employees. Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Sourav was the Finance Editor of The Economic Times, the world's third largest business and financial daily, and part of India's largest media house, Bennett, Coleman & Co. Sourav holds a postgraduate degree in English Literature specializing in medieval European classics, and is a National Educational Trust qualified university lecturer in English literature. A gourmand at heart and a cook, you will often hear him use food analogies in business discussions. When he is not working, he is either exploring new startups as an angel investor or cooking up an experimental recipe.

Murat Demiral is a seasoned business leader and growth strategist with more than 20 years of experience in insights, innovation, and go-to-market strategy. As Advisor for the EMEA region at Netscribes, he helps organizations scale with purpose and navigate digital disruption. He has held leadership roles at globally recognized brands such as Procter & Gamble, British American Tobacco, Ipsos, Nestlé, and Coca-Cola. His background spans general management, commercial modeling, M&A, and organizational transformation, giving him a broad perspective on business growth across industries. Before joining Netscribes, Murat led a fast-growing, award-winning marketing consultancy that supported clients with branding, analytics, customer insights, foresight, and execution strategies. He is known for his collaborative style and for working closely with tech-forward businesses to unlock long-term value and drive sustainable growth. At Netscribes, Murat plays a key role in shaping the firm’s European market strategy. He brings practical insights into changing client needs and supports the expansion of scalable, data-led solutions across the region.

Yuvraj, an alumnus of IIM Calcutta’s CFO Programme, is a seasoned financial professional with over a decade of experience in finance, legal, accounting, and treasury functions. His expertise includes statutory compliances such as GST and Income Tax, company audits, corporate law, and complex taxation matters. He has been instrumental in driving organizational finances through structured annual budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting. His core strengths include financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic support for mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, refinancing strategies, and listing requirements. In addition to completing the CFO Programme at IIM Calcutta, Yuvraj is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds CS Inter from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a Bachelor's degree in Accounts and Finance from Mumbai University.
